Αγαπητοί Φίλοι και Φίλες,
Με ιδιαίτερη χαρά σας προσκαλούμε να παρακολουθήσετε την ημερίδα «Το Βιοψυχοκοινωνικό Μοντέλο κατά ICF στην ΕΛΕΠΑΠ» που διοργανώνουμε με τη συμμετοχή έγκριτων επιστημόνων από το Κέντρο Αποκατάστασης Παιδιών και Εφήβων Affoltern am Albis της Ζυρίχης. Στόχος όλων μας είναι η παρουσίαση της εφαρμογής των αρχών του Βιοψυχοκοινωνικού Μοντέλου και η αξιοποίηση του συστήματος καταγραφής κατά ICF στην ΕΛΕΠΑΠ για τη διαμόρφωση μιας ολιστικής, διεπιστημονικής αποκαταστασιακής παρέμβασης που να αποσκοπεί στην λειτουργικότητα, δραστηριοποίηση και συμμετοχή, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τους ατομικούς, οικογενειακούς και κοινωνικούς περιβαλλοντικούς παράγοντες.
Ευελπιστούμε η Ημερίδα να αποτελέσει εφαλτήριο ευαισθητοποίησης και γόνιμου διεπιστημονικού διαλόγου με στόχο τον εκσυγχρονισμό, βάσει των διεθνών προτύπων των ολιστικών προγραμμάτων αποκατάστασης για «Βήματα Ζωής» για τα Παιδιά και τους Ενήλικες με Αναπηρία στην Ελλάδα.

Dear friends,
It is a great honor to invite you to attend our day conference on “ The Biopsychosocial Model of ICF applied in ELEPAP” that we have organized with the participation of eminent scientists from the Rehabilitation Center of Children and Adolescents Affoltern am Albis in Zurich. Our aim is to present the application of the Biopsychosocial Model principles and the implementation of the International classification of Functioning ICF in ELEPAP in the holistic, interdisciplinary rehabilitation interventions aiming to promote functioning, activity and participation, while taking in account the personal, family, social and environmental factors
We hope, that our day conference will become a springboard of awareness and fruitful interdisciplinary dialogue among professionals in order to promote the modernization of holistic rehabilitation programs, according to the international standards, for “Steps forward to Life” for children and adults with disabilities in Greece.
